Wot Gorilla? return in February 2026 with their new album Stay Home, released via Drongo Records. The Halifax-based quartet — Mat Haigh (guitar, vocals), Grant Beeden Clayton (guitar, vocals), Jonny Newman-Hey (bass, vocals, sax), and Jason Howard (drums) — deliver a sharp, self-produced record that captures the band’s trademark mix of math-rock precision, post-hardcore intensity and pop sensibility.

Formed in 2009, Wot Gorilla? have become stalwarts of the UK alternative scene, appearing at Leeds & Reading, 2000 Trees, ArcTanGent, Live at Leeds and StrangeForms, and supporting acts including Vennart, The Get Up Kids, Delta Sleep, Aiming for Enrike, Cursive and Rolo Tomasi. The album was recorded and produced by the band, with digital mastering by Joe Gibb and vinyl mastering by Pete Maher.

With UK tour dates lined up for February and March 2026, Stay Home finds Wot Gorilla? sounding more focused, fearless, and formidable than ever.
